1. Pickering Nuclear Generating Station's B Units
Renovation of a power facility in Pickering, Ontario. Working plans call for the renovation of a power facility. Retube feeder and boiler replacement program for the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station’s “B” units. The joint-venture will carry out work for Units 5, 6, 7 and 8 at the nuclear generating station. Scope of work is for “definition phase activities including engineering, procurement of long-lead components, and construction planning for the multi-unit refurbishment”. Once refurbished, Pickering would produce more than 2,000 megawatts of electricity, which is equivalent to powering two million homes.

2. Highway 413 Transportation Corridor - Bridges and Roadwork
Site work and paving for a civil project in Guelph, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel. Construction of a 52-km highway and transitway extending from Highway 400 (between Kirby Road and King-Vaughan Road) in the east to the Highway 401/407 ETR interchange area in the west. It will connect York, Peel and Halton regions and includes a 4km Highway 410 and 3km Highway 427 extension. Scope to include: a new 52km Highway 413 corridor; a 4km extension to Highway 410; and a 3 km extension to Highway 427. Scope will also include 11 interchanges at municipal roads; stormwater management ponds; carpool lots; commercial vehicle inspection stations; and maintenance facilities.

Design plans call for the construction of a 9,383,258-square-foot, 74-story above grade, 10,231-unit multi-residential development; and five-story below grade, 4,549-space parking garage. Redevelopment of the Toromont Lands located on Hwy 7. Construction includes 17 high-rise towers ranging from 43 to 74-stoeys and contain 10,231 residential units, and 30,092 m2 of commercial & non-residential uses within 4 development blocks (A-D) & 5 levels of underground parking.
