Working plans call for the renovation of a 1,500,000-square-foot medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; for the addition of a 1,175,050-square-foot, 16-story above grade, 746-bed medical facility; and medical facility. Addition and major renovations to the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new Critical Care Pavilion including a basilar and two hospitalization towers, a significant redevelopment of the first floors of the Maisonneuve Pavilion, as well as all the related collateral work required to carry out the project. The project implementation will allow to increase the number of beds from 544 to 746 and will require 1,500 additional nurses. The scope of the project also includes major landscaping work.

Design plans call for the construction of a 2,600-unit multi-residential development; for the demolition of a retail development; 182,000-square-foot office development; 192,000-square-foot retail development; and for site work for a multi-residential development. Transformation of the former Village Cartier shopping centre in Gatineau at a cost of approximately $1.3 billion. The project will include the construction of up to 2,600 residential units, 192,000 square feet of retail space, and 182,000 square feet of office space. Local businesses, green spaces, and community spaces are also planned to create this new living environment.
