VAUGHAN, ONT. – The has officially approved the Toromont Lands Redevelopment, Highway 7 Mixed-Use DevelopmentStatusDesignValue$2.2BLocation3131 Hwy 7, Concord ONSectorPrivateTypeMulti-Residential · New ConstructionData as of June 11, 2026, a 27-acre site along Highway 7 in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC).
Designed by , the development will be on Toromont Industries’ site and includes 17 towers, including a landmark 73-storey tower, and deliver more than 9,950 residential units across four development blocks.
The development will contribute approximately 784,561 square metres of residential space alongside office, hotel, retail and community-oriented uses, explains a release.
The plan also includes 1.60 hectares of new parkland, featuring Millway Linear Park and Central Park, and provides direct access to the VMC subway station along with cycling infrastructure with over 8,000 bicycle parking spaces.
The master plan will be delivered in four phases. Phase one will introduce more than 3,294 residential units, office space and the first sections of the new park network.
