BURNABY, B.C. – Rize Properties has announced it has completed Koto, its first student housing rental project.
Located at UniverCity, in close proximity to the Simon Fraser University campus, the project includes 168 fully furnished rental homes with 282 bedrooms in a mix of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts. The project is the first at UniverCity to feature four-bedroom homes, a release reads.
Amenities include social lounges with a communal kitchen, foosball and multiple gathering spaces, dedicated study spaces, a wellness and fitness area and secure bike storage with a repair room.
The outdoor patio overlooks Burnaby’s forested landscape.
Design is by RWA Group Architecture, with interiors by Ste Marie and furnishings are provided by Article Furniture.
