UXBRIDGE, ONT. — Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Oak Valley Health have invited five companies to respond to a request for proposals (RFP) to deliver the Oak Valley Health – RFQ D/B – Oak Valley Health – Uxbridge Redevelopment ProjectStatusPost-BidValue$200MLocation4 Campbell Dr, Uxbridge ONSectorPublic – State/ProvincialTypeMedical · Demolition · New Construction · LEED CertificationData as of June 19, 2026.
The five companies were prequalified based on criteria identified in a request for qualifications process that began in December 2025.
The prequalified companies are:
- EBC Inc.
- EllisDon Corporation
- Maystar General Contractors Inc.
- Multiplex Construction Canada Limited
- Pomerleau Inc.
The companies will now begin preparing proposals that detail how they will deliver the project, a release reads.
The successful company is expected to be announced in spring 2027.
At approximately 140,000-square-feet the new Uxbridge hospital site will add more patient beds and expand key services such as ambulatory care and diagnostic imaging.Â
As part of the new redevelopment, the hospital’s clinical areas will include:  Â
- Ambulatory services Â
- Emergency services Â
- Inpatient services Â
- Diagnostic Imaging and cardiorespiratory servicesÂ
- Inpatient laboratory Â
- Inpatient pharmacy Â
- Administrative services  Â
- Support servicesÂ
The project is being delivered using a design-bid-build model.
