EDMONTON – Twin Willows Business Park, a 100-acre industrial development site located in Edmonton, is set for transformation as it was recently acquired by Panattoni Development Company.
Located at 14110 156 Street, the property is adjacent to Panattoni’s Apex and Apex North developments and is planned to accommodate up to two million square feet of industrial space, explains a release.
Land servicing and construction of the first two buildings are expected to begin in 2027. The project will also offer build-to-suit opportunities aligned with the initial phase of development.
“This acquisition represents our continued confidence in the Edmonton and Alberta market where we have developed over 700 acres and five million square feet of industrial space,” said Mark Edwards, vice president of development, in a statement.
“Panattoni has several sites in the region and has been actively developing in Alberta for over 20 years. This project allows us to build off the successful Apex development sites adjacent to the property. The site is currently designated for future industrial use and complements the surrounding area. Further detailed plans will be announced later this year.”
Panattoni has offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto and has 69 offices across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
