MISSISSAUGA, ONT. – PCL’s Toronto residential team recently marked a milestone for a new community in Mississauga, with the topping off of Lakeview DXE Club.
The project is a new condo development at 1345 Lakeshore Rd. E.
It features 397 units in two mid-rise towers standing eight and 12 storeys high.
Located at Dixie and Lakeshore, the project features more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor hotel-style amenities and over 10,000 square feet of retail shops at street level.
The project is expected to be completed by early 2027.
